Healthy Meals

I have been trying to eat better, in the morning I eat 2 eggs either by themselves or mixed with some vegetable. And also try to eat a lot of fruits & vegetables throughout the day. Many fruits & vegetables are not only good for your health but also for your skin. "20 Good Foods That Are Great For Your Skin" list the foods & how they are beneficial to your skin ^_^
