Umbrella & Eyeliner

I finally used my Metro Gift card, I got essential stuff I need (sort of). I got a compact umbrella from Shoppers Drug Mart & Makeup Forever Aqua eyeliner from Sephora. I hope this umbrella will last me, I have no luck with umbrellas & it is essiental when you live in BC. The price tag for the umbrella is $25 (+tax)

I am looking for a good eyeliner that will stay on my eyes. The Makeup Forever Aqua eyeliner didn't last on my eyes the first time I tried it but then I rubbed it off by accidents (totally forgot I had it on). Will need to try it out a few more times before I decided if it works for me or not. The eyeliner is 28 (+tax)

Phototrip

Last week I took a Abstracts, Shapes, Colour and creative photographing phototrip class. It was an interesting class I usually don't take pictures like this. It was a good way for me to get out of my comfort zone. But disappointed since 1/2 way through the class my battery died on me & my back up battery died too (>_<) so I had to leave the class.

I wasn't super happy with the pictures I took after seeing what other people in my class took. So that motivated me to register for a beginners class starting in July...starting from the beginning (^_^) My classes are during the week so I will have to head there after work, so that is going to be a bit hard since I am usually super tired after work. But hopefully it will be worth it and I can improve my photographing skills (^_^)

Jacob & Garage

When I first tried this dress on I fell in LOVE with it. I had to have it...lucky that I still have friends who work at Jacob so I got it for 1/2 off under $50 (^_^) now I need an occasion to wear it

Went into Garage with Mama Gen to look at the $5 tees in the end I ended up with a pair of sweat pants & a dress both $15 (+tax) each. The tees didn't look good on me but looked good on Mama Gen. The sweat pants are super comfortable & the dress is great for summer (^_^)

Quo Foundation Brush & Skin Care

Bought a Quo foundation brush on sale for $14.78 at Shoppers Drug Mart. They are having a 40% off sale on all there Quo brushes. I was using my Body Shop blush brush to put on my BB cream before that. The Quo brush is ok but doesn’t feel as soft & nice as my Body Shop brush but it does the job. Probably would get a Body Shop brush if it goes on sale. I have stopped wearing BB cream for awhile now but after watching Hollyannaeree video where she recommended using the Lioele Triple the Solution BB Cream (which I own) to help with ache scarring I have gone back to it. Lioele Triple the Solution BB Cream which is a Korean Brand does have decent coverage & does blend in will with my skin tone but I have to let it set in first because it goes on really light on my skin when I first put it on so I have to let it oxidize first (I think that is the word). My skin is slowly getting better which makes me happy.

Before I was into using BB cream a lot and have bought so many brands which are now just collecting dust because I don’t want to put anything on my face to make it worst. The other BB Creams that I owe are Skin79 Super+ Beblesh Balm BB Cream VIP Gold Collection, Skin79 Super+ Beblesh Balm BB Cream Diamond Collection & Missha M Watery BB Cream.  The Skin79 VIP Gold has good coverage for me & goes better with my skin then the Diamond one. The Missha one has very light coverage & is very watery.  

Being doing a DIY mask for my skin that I saw on Bubzbeauty. It is just Rice Powder, Honey & Green Tea. It is suppose to help with ache scares. I have been doing it almost every day not sure if I am seeing any result yet but it isn’t breaking out my face. So I will continue to use the mask for now.

Chester See, Kevjumba & Nigahiga - Nice Guys

Funny video & song. The song is just sooo catchy (^_^) Love Kevjumba & Nigahiga videos & Chester See has a nice voice. There are 3 different video versions of this song on each of there YouTube accounts. This one is Ryan's (Nigahiga) version.  I missed seeing them live in March  (>_<) I hope they come back again.

Broken Pot (>_<)

On saturday when I went out to my balcony this is what I saw....

someone or something broke one of my flower pots (>_<) on the postive side it was one of the plants that was dieing. Need to think of a way to prevent this from happening again.

Le Petit Saigon

Went for dinner yesterday at Le Petit Saigon with a group of friends in Vancouver. Wasn’t really that hungry when I went so I just had a small pho. The food was only ok nothing special. The service was quick, interior was ok. Price was cheap. Don’t think I would go back here myself since the Pho at Pho 99 taste a lot better.
